We are a picturesque cottage colony located on Beach Point in North Truro, just a mile from charming Provincetown.
We offer clean, comfortable, free-standing cottage rentals located steps away from our private beach, sun deck & the deep blue sea. Our cottages are located away from highway noise & each enjoys ample on-site parking in our spacious lot.
Cottages are 2 bedroom units, all well-equipped with the necessary tools of the vacation trade:
refrigerator, microwave, gas stove & heat, all necessary cooking/eating utensils and implements
Cable Flat Screen TV, DVD players, Free Wi-Fi
All units also have a picnic table & BBQ grills are available
Bayview supplies pillows & blankets **
Bayview does not supply bed linens or towels - please bring your own
Our live-in manager is also available to assist you during your stay.

3-night minimum stay
All rates subject to 14.45% Massachusetts Tax
50% deposit required to secure reservation
Deposit is refundable with minimum 45-day notice
No pets allowed
All units are Non-Smoking
Check-In 3:00 PM / Check-Out 10:00 AM
We humbly ask that you please not arrive early,
so as to allow our cleaning staff time to ready your cottage to our standards
Parking Notes:
2 car per unit maximum & no parking is allowed in front of or adjacent to units except for loading & unloading
